Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery dates are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s typical transit times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages due to address errors.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
